assigns “ephemeral-name: in
package_manifest.yaml.
namespace: StringGrouping namespace, e.g. “robonix/primitive/camera”. Every later DeclareCapability MUST carry a contract_id under this prefix; otherwise Atlas rejects with InvalidArgument.
capability_md_path: StringAbsolute path to the package’s CAPABILITY.md (long-form manual covering the whole CapabilityProvider – the only place where a description of the CapabilityProvider as a whole lives; per-cap descriptions live on each Capability instead). Atlas records the path only; consumers (Pilot etc.) read the file off the local filesystem themselves. v1 assumes Atlas, every CapabilityProvider, and every consumer share a filesystem (single host); cross-host deployments need a separate “fetch CAPABILITY.md content” RPC we’ll add when that ships. Empty => no markdown for this CapabilityProvider.
