Discovery – one Query RPC with a Kind filter. Python wrappers expose typed query_primitives / query_services / query_skills methods by setting kind accordingly. Filters AND together.

Filter semantics for contract_id and transport:

• They filter the Capabilities inside each CapabilityProvider – the returned CapabilityProvider.capabilities only contains the matching subset.
• They also filter CapabilityProviders themselves: a CapabilityProvider with zero matching Capabilities after the inner filter is dropped from the response.
• id and namespace_prefix filter CapabilityProviders directly (no effect on the inner capabilities list, since they describe the CapabilityProvider, not the cap).
